Tricon Solutions Office Manager

Role Objectives

The Office Manager will provide support for all critical business operations within Tricon. 

This role will work closely with our three business lines to ensure consistency, efficiency and cost effectiveness of services being provided by Tricon. Our energetic office needs an Office Manager with excellent time management skills and a proven track record of setting and meeting ambitious goals. We’re looking for a candidate with managerial experience who can recruit new talent, allocate both human and material resources efficiently, communicate with and coordinate with other departments on time-sensitive projects and operational tasks.


What you’ll do:
Manage, staff, administer, and / or execute the following areas:

  • HR
  • Finance – AP, AR, Accounting
  • Contract administration
  • IT
  • Marketing
  • Office Administration
  • Legal
  • Vendor Management
  • Implement new process improvements to existing company processes and procedures and in line with Tricon’s emerging needs
  • Account Management Support including writing of, preparation and coordination of RFP submissions, preparation of client proposals, and reference checking for potential candidates
  • Administer and act as the main point of contact for company’s internal database systems and IT systems including document management, data entry, procedures creation, research, IT support, SharePoint administration, etc.
  • Internal event planning and coordination
  • Develop and adhere to operations budget


Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or related field
  • 5+ years’ experience in a leadership role
  • 3+ years operations management, office management or small business leadership experience
  • 3+ years’ experience in bookkeeping, financial reporting, contracts management or other applicable experience
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (particularly Excel)
  • Refined ability to delegate responsibilities and provide leadership and training to key personnel
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills
  • Possession of key competencies, including conflict management, business negotiation, organization and decision-making
  • Familiarity with SharePoint
  • Knowledgeable about databases and/or integrated systems such as CRM, Office 365
  • Familiar with the Project Management industry
  • Able to manage time efficiently and effectively
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent attention to details
  • Strong computer / research skills
